Dr. Raelynn Farnsworth has worked as a Community Practice veterinarian in the WSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital since 2002 and served as the Community Practice service lead beginning in 2014.  Her medical care interests include dentistry, preventative medicine, and individualized, holistic care for her patients.  Dr. Farnsworth is also committed to training the next generation of veterinarians and enjoys seeing students take what they have learned in the classroom and apply it to care for patients.  She teaches vaccination protocols and dentistry and has been the fourth-year veterinary student coordinator.  In her role as Chief Medical Officer, she is committed to improving hospital operations and fostering teamwork.  In her spare time, Dr. Farnsworth enjoys time with her husband, her 3 children and all her dogs, cats, horses, and long horn cattle on their ranch outside of Pullman.  She also enjoys the outdoors and cooking.
