Jenifer Gold

Dr. Gold graduated from a dual program at Washington State University and Oregon State University in 2002. She completed a rotating internship in equine medicine and surgery at Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center in 2003 and a 3-year residency in large animal internal medicine at Cornell University. Dr. Gold worked in private practice for 2 years before taking a clinical assistant professor position at Texas A&M University’s Department of Large Animal Clinical Sciences. While at Texas A&M, she completed a 2-year fellowship in emergency medicine and critical care.  Dr. Gold did a locum in the United Arab Emirates, working for the Sheik of Dubai at Dubai Equine Hospital. She worked on endurance, race, and performance horses performing internal medicine and critical care. Dr. Gold has worked at WSU since 2015.
